Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE, charged at the rate of paypals non refundable processing fee (approximately 5%)
 

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
 

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

 antique and vintage jewellery has had a past life and, due to the age of the pieces, it is highly likely there will be some wear consummate with age. this is to be expected as the items are NOT brand new. 

We do our best to provide a Detailed and accurate condition report. If, however you feel the condition of the item has been underrepresented, please let us know within 7 days of reciept.

layaway policies 

Layaway is open on most items over £250. in order to start a layaway, a deposit of 20% is needed. 
Wewe will agree the length of the layaway before the deposit is put down. If if payments exceed the layaway time your deposit is forfeited. It is your responsibility to make payments within the agreed timeframe otherwise your risk losing your deposit and the item/s. 
 

The maximum layaway term is 6 months for items £600 and over. 
An average layAway length is 2-3 moNths.
